For more than 30 years, we have been convinced that what binds us together is this bubbling passion, this thirst to create but also to learn. At ESMA, we refuse to allow this passion to be restricted or constrained, because it transcends all notions of class, origin, gender or disability.
Every one of our students should be able to pursue their passion and have the meansto fulfil their ambitions.
That’s why at ESMA we make inclusion and accessibility for people with disabilities our priority.
Each campus has its own disability advisor
To ensure that our students are able to fulfil their potential in all our establishments, each campus has its own disability adviser. We have set up a support system recognised by the Maison Départementale des Personnes Handicapées (MDPH) to assist any student with a disability or suffering from temporary, long-term or permanent health problems.
Caring, listening and support are at the heart of our teaching philosophy.
Personalised support tailored to each individual
Because we demand a constant level of excellence from our students, we have a duty to respect these same requirements with regard to their reception and training conditions. This is why the entire ESMA teaching team takes great care to ensure the integration, respect and well-being of our students with disabilities.
Any material and logistical adaptations are put in place without hesitation, to simplify the daily lives of our students and offer them the best conditions to excel and perform, in the same way as all students.

ESMA is constantly striving to improve the conditions offered to our students with disabilities, and has put in place a regulatory watch and built a solid network with the various players in the disability field throughout France.
We rigorously comply with PRM accessibility standards, to guarantee free movement and enable our students with disabilities to enjoy maximum autonomy on our campuses.
