ESMA selected at the Cannes Film Festival

The Cinéfondation Selection is part of the official selection of the Cannes Film Festival which will take place this year from May 14th to May 18th. Sailor’s Delight has just been selected to participate in the Cinéfondation selection of the 71st Cannes Film Festival!

The Cinéfondation in a few figures:

– The Cinfondation has chosen this year 17 short films (14 fictions and 3 animations)
– 2426 student films sent
– 14 countries from 4 continents represented
– Of the 22 filmmakers this year 11 are women
– Since 1998, more than 320 films from over 100 schools around the world have been selected

On Thursday, May 17th, the jury will present the three Cinefondation Awards after the screening of the award-winning films!

ESMA at the Ministry of Culture

On Wednesday 19 April, ESMA was present with the movie Sailor’s Delight – The film organized by the Ministry of Culture on the occasion of the 71st Cannes Film Festival!

Indeed the film will be screened Thursday, May 17 in Buñuel room. It is part of program 4 of the Cinéfondation selection!
