Professionalisation

preparing for your graduation

Making you more professional? Our business.

Our primary mission is to prepare our students to enter the professional world of their dreams.

ESMA and all the member schools of the Écoles Créatives network think about, develop and update all the tools that are part of this approach.

Unleash your inner future leader in the creative industries!

  • Choose success

That’s how the Bloom programme came about, with the aim of strengthening the behavioural skills of our students by preparing them as effectively as possible for the specific expectations of a constantly evolving sector.

ESMA is committed to giving them the best possible start to their professional lives, with the promise of a successful entry into the job market.

To ensure this success, alumni mentoring allows ESMA alumni to sponsor students who are in the process of completing their studies or who have just graduated, in order to guide them, advise them on their career choices and share their own professional network with them.

  • Join the cream of the creative professions

ESMA today draws on an extremely rich professional, educational and institutional network, which the school has been able to build and strengthen since its creation in 1993.

Alongside us, these partners support our students step by step in their professional development. The transmission of know-how and interpersonal skills is at the heart of their approach.

Not only do they run workshops and masterclasses, but they also enable ESMA to constantly update its teaching content to keep pace with changes in the market. They also provide our students with opportunities for internships and work experience driven by the school.

Internships to start your professional life

Experiment with the areas that thrill you!

The final aspect of the professionalisation of our students is the large number of placements and work experience opportunities that are part and parcel of our entire curriculum.

Throughout their studies, students are given the opportunity to work in real-life situations, enabling them to gain significant experience and develop the skills they need to excel in their field.
