Teaching Objective

Learning the structure, proportions, light and laying of the human body

Session directed towards the understanding of the zones of lights and shadow on the anatomical structure

The poses are of average duration of 3 to 5 minutes.

Required work

Students are asked to focus on the rapid implementation of the pose at first and to focus on a detail that needs more elaborate in a second time.

It is not necessary that the drawing is uniform, for that it is asked to have 2 different tools for each sketch.

Tools: Charcoal, Black Stone, Black lead, ballpoint pen, felt pen, Indian ink
