The final year of the Illustration Concept Art Professional Cycle is devoted to developing your professional project using the skills you have rigorously acquired.
You’ll develop your interpersonal skills and your professional stance so that you can present your project with panache in front of a panel of professionals.
The aim is to enrich the images and feed the story.
This year will focus on professionalisation and the creation of a coherent portfolio in line with the expectations of publishers and agencies.
Rendering techniques and complex effects to enhance illustration.
Produce more images within a certain semi-professional rhythm and constraints.
A professional project at the end of the course, with support in refining it and making it more demanding.
Refine your oral and written communication skills, so that you can express yourself clearly in English and present your career plans.
Consolidation of the concepts covered in the first two years through the graphic design of a board game.
Because there's no better way to learn a trade than to practise it, a minimum 6-week work placement is compulsory between 2nd and/or 3rd year. This is an opportunity to put the knowledge you have acquired into practice, get hands-on experience, build your network and position yourself in the job market.
The professional certification is the result of rigorous work which will enable you to validate 2 blocks of common skills and an optional block
A new application for registration on the Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles (RNCP) for the “Dessinateur Illustrateur” title is currently being examined by France Compétences.
